Well if what you want is to level fast, you could go to EotN, reach Gunnar's Hold (the quest "Hunting the Nornbear" gets you there), talk to Kilroy Stonekin and do dwarven boxing ("Kilroy Stonekin's Punch-Out Extravaganza!" is repeatable) until you are level 20 (very fast, should take about 45 minutes to get to 20, although this isn't really the most enjoyable/challenging way of playing... So I'd still suggest you go through Prophecies first (unless you're trying to get the Survivor title, of course).

Survivor title, is that were you get to 20 without dying ? What if you die once yo hit 20 ?
